All pieces have been created by hand, so no two items are identical or easily duplicated. Due to the shabby, vintage, reclaimed, recycled and time worn creations, our items may be a "one of a kind" and we cannot guarantee a duplicate to be exactly as an original item. Items being created from reclaimed pieces may also contain a "vintage" odor that should dissipate over time. Burlap fabrics also contain an odor, as well as some tea or coffee stained fabrics. All items are cleaned to the best of our ability and sealed when needed.
All major credit cards are accepted via PayPal.

We typically ship within 5- 8 business days of your purchase. Please allow extra time on weekends or holidays.
Shipping is predominately through the US Post Office via Priority Mail or Parcel Post, depending on size. Large items may ship with UPS at our discretion. Expedited shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us before purchasing if interested.
In the event an item is returned to me marked "Undeliverable", no refund will be issued. I will be happy to resend the item(s), but you must pay the additional shipping.
- Returns and Refunds
Returns are only allowed with prior authorization. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact us by email to see if an item is eligible for return. If eligible for a return you will be sent an authorization number. Items returned without an authorization will be refused.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging within 7 days of receipt. All sales become final 7 days after you have received your item(s).
Shipping fees are never refundable.
We will not be responsible for return shipping fees and it must be insured for full value of the item. Once again please ask questions prior to ordering. We will issue a store credit only and shipping fees and insurance fees are nonrefundable. Should for some unforeseen reason that a refund is issued, we can only refund to a valid PayPal account.
Returns must be completed 7 days within receipt of the item.
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Documentation of the damage is required and must be proved and damage available for inspection.
All sales are final on custom orders.
Full payment is required before we start your custom order. This included the modification of items already listed, or creating duplicates of items. Custom orders may cost more than the item currently listed. The price will depend on materials on hand or the amount of time it takes in searching for the right materials to complete your own special item.
We will work to promptly to fulfill your order and have your items shipped in a timely fashion. We will send you pictures while I am working on your order and a final picture for approval before shipping your items. We believe that communication a very important process in your custom orders.
Keep in mind, as most of our items are handmade or one of a kind, and made with vintage, reclaimed, recycled or salvaged materials, I cannot guarantee that a "duplicate" will be exactly the same as the original.
